Welcome

The Heart Song Center offers a safe, supportive environment for youth and families who are dealing with the grief associated with the death of a loved one. The program serves children ages 5 to 18 and their parents, guardians, or extended families.
Heart Song also provides:
*Educational in-services and programs to school and organization staff and volunteers, addressing how grief and loss affects children and teens
*Grief support groups and presentations following a community crisis or tragedy
*1:1 grief support for children, teens and families
*Special age appropriate programs and activities in partnership with organizations that serve children and teens

The program serves children ages 6 to 18 and their parents, guardians, or extended families; regardless of the cause of death or whether the person was served by hospice.  NO fee is required 

The Heart Song Center is a program of The Good Samaritan Society Hospice, a not-for-profit agency in Prescott, AZ.
